    If you understand creationism correctly you would realize that this is no problem. We don’t interbreed now because we are more likely to pass on harmful mutations. In the beginning of creation mutations would not have accumulated yet and would have been minimal and not a factor. This is why God does not outlaw incest until almost 2500 years after creation. Harmful mutations adding up in the genome is a scientifically documented problem called genetic load and strong evidence against an evolutionary worldview.
